Delivery/Shipping

It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide their correct address details at the time of ordering, and We are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at Our own expense. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and ship within New Zealand only.Items will be dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. However, there may be delays if the order is placed close to a weekend or public holiday.

At the time an order is dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. Please note that the package may not be traceable for up to 24 hours from receipt of the email.
